Installation Guide

This guide covers the installation process for AddPath software.

System Requirements​

Before installing AddPath, ensure your system meets these minimum requirements:

Hardware Requirements​

  • Processor: Intel i7 or equivalent (minimum), Intel i9 or better (recommended)
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM (minimum), 32 GB RAM (recommended)
  • Storage: 50 GB available disk space
  • Graphics: Dedicated graphics card with OpenGL 4.0 support
  • Network: Ethernet connection for robot communication

Software Requirements​

  • Operating System: Windows 10 Pro (64-bit) or later
  • Dependencies: .NET Framework 4.8 or later
  • Drivers: USB and Ethernet drivers for robot communication

Installation Process​

Pre-Installation​

  1. Verify system requirements
  2. Ensure administrator privileges
  3. Close all unnecessary applications
  4. Disable antivirus temporarily (if required)

Installation Steps​

  1. Download: Obtain the AddPath installer from your authorized distributor
  2. Run Installer: Execute the installer as administrator
  3. License Agreement: Review and accept the software license agreement
  4. Installation Path: Choose installation directory (default recommended)
  5. Components: Select components to install (full installation recommended)
  6. Install: Click Install and wait for completion
  7. Verification: Launch AddPath to verify successful installation

Post-Installation​

  1. License Activation: Enter your license key when prompted
  2. Updates: Check for and install any available updates
  3. Configuration: Configure robot communication settings
  4. Testing: Perform basic functionality tests
